I'm getting excited about the Breast Cancer Awareness Stamp Camp that is scheduled for next week.  This is my 2nd Annual "I'm Dreaming of a PINK Christmas" event and it is in honor of my beloved Mother, Louise Mileur, who is celebrating her 20th year as a Breast Cancer Survivor!!!  Be sure to look at the previous post "Breast Cancer Awareness Stamp Camp", posted 10/12/2012, to get more info on this event.

I've been trying to decide on cards for the event and so far I have two that I'm loving.  My first one was inspired by Nina Dee on Stampin' Connection.  This is Nina's card:

I loved the way that she made her wreath, so I CASE'd that part of her design, (after first getting her permission), then took the card in a totally different direction. I just LOVE the way it turned out.  Since both of our versions use the same card stock for the base and mats, my guests can choose which design they would like to do!!!

This next card was CASE'd with permission from Lorri Heiling on Stampin' Connection.  Lori's card was so adorable and as soon as I saw it I knew my friends would LOVE it!!!  Isn't it just too cute?!?!?!

I had to make minor changes.  My Brushed Silver card stock cookie sheet is just a bit different because I didn't have the die that she had used and I also changed the oven mitt so it would fit my "Pink Christmas" theme.
My version of Lorri's card.

I'm not sure if this little snowman made with the Petite Purse Die is going to "make the cut" or not, but I'm thinking that everybody loves candy, so far now he's a tentative project for the event.  I'll wrap the candy bars in pink designer series papers.
I'm still trying to decide on other projects for the stamp camp.  I would like to have several projects for my guests to choose from.  Also, I need projects that are quick & easy for the beginner stampers as well as a couple WOW cards to challenge the more experienced stampers.  If you've designed a card that you think would be perfect for my "I'm Dreaming of a PINK Christmas" event I would love to see it if you are willing to share!
